Delivery, claim and returns
We deliver to Europe with FedEx, Dascher and PostNord.
Our general delivery time in Europe is 3-5 days if the product is in stock. For exact delivery time, see the stock level for the specific product. If the product is not in stock, the general delivery time is about 5 weeks.
In case of a claim, the error must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the delivery. In case of damage to the package, document this and take a picture on it before unpacking.

- We will send you a claim document, then you need to fill in this and send back to us. You can send it by email or by post. Don’t forget to attach pictures were you have documented the claim
- When we got the document back from you and when we at Design Of has accepted the claim we will send a prepaid return form to you
- Pack the product in the same way as how it was delivered to you, documenting it by taking pictures of the goods before, during and after packing
(this as a basis for the shipping company, if there is a transport damage) and send it to Design Of.
- When the claim is received to Design Of we will review the product
- If we accept the claim we will send you a new product.
When returning a product it is important that the product is in original condition. You have 14 days of withdrawal from delivery date.

- Design Of sends a return form
- As a customer, you pack the product exactly as it was delivered to you and send it back to Design Of
- When the product returns to Design Of, and we checked that the product is in origin condition
- We will refund the payment. Note that the shipping cost will deducted on the refund.
